China International Leadership Program The China International Leadership Programme (CILP) is a hybrid programme built around three outcomes: Mandarin proficiency, intercultural competence, and practical teaching-and-leadership experience. Participants progress through structured learning, then deepen their Pharmacom Labs development through in-
